SIRT6抗原；沉默调节蛋白6(SIRT6)重组蛋白多种属 SIRT6是一种酶，能够从组蛋白的一个特定位点上移走称之为乙酰基组的化学物质。组蛋白对调控基因表达非常重要，而从组蛋白中移除乙酰基组就会“关闭"某些基因表达。 SIRT6蛋白与NF-kappaB（NF-kB）一同，可以调节凋亡、炎症和新陈代谢相关基因的作用。当减少SIRT6时，NF-kappaB变得过度活跃，开启同衰老相关的基因。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
