胞质分裂作用因子7(DOCK7)重组蛋白 是一种2140个氨基酸的蛋白质,定位于发育中的轴突,含有一个DHR-1结构域和一个DHR-2结构域。DOCK 7在多种组织中表达,作为鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换因子(GEF)发挥作用,通过催化结合的GDP与游离GTP的交换,特异性激活Rac 1和Rac 3。由于选择性剪接事件,DOCK 7存在多种异构体。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
