TKTL1抗原;转酮醇酶样蛋白1重组蛋白多种属 该基因编码的蛋白质是一种转酮醇酶,作为同二聚体,催化七磷酸赛庚酮糖和3-磷酸D-甘油醛转化为5-磷酸D-核糖和5-磷酸D-木酮糖。该反应将戊糖磷酸途径与糖酵解途径联系起来。该基因的变异可能是韦尼克-科萨科夫综合征的原因。已经发现该基因有三种编码不同亚型的转录变体。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in ddH2O to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
