血小板型磷酸果糖激酶(PFKP)重组蛋白 PFKP基因编码磷酸果糖激酶(PFK)的血小板亚型(ATP:D-果糖-6-磷酸-1-磷酸转移酶,EC 2.7.1.11)。PFK催化6-磷酸果糖不可逆地转化为1,6-二磷酸果糖,是糖酵解中的关键调节酶。PFKP基因位于染色体10p,也在成纤维细胞中表达。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in ddH2O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
