肽基精氨酸脱亚氨酶Ⅲ(PADI3)重组蛋白 该基因编码肽基精氨酸脱氨基酶家族的一员,该酶在钙离子存在下通过将精氨酸残基转化为瓜氨酸来催化蛋白质的翻译后脱氨基。家族成员具有不同的底物特异性和组织特异性表达模式。在毛囊形成过程中,III型酶调节头发结构蛋白,如毛囊中的聚丝蛋白和内根鞘中的毛透明蛋白。与I型酶一起,这种酶也可能在表皮的终末分化中发挥作用。该基因与其他四个同源基因一起存在于一个簇中。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in ddH2O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
