皮瓣结构特异性核酸内切酶(FEN1)重组蛋白 具有5'瓣内切酶和5'-3'核酸外切酶活性的结构特异性核酸酶参与DNA复制和修复。在DNA复制过程中,当DNA聚合酶遇到下游冈崎片段的5'端时,切割由置换合成产生的5'悬垂皮瓣结构。它从5'端进入皮瓣,然后沿着轨道劈开皮瓣底部,留下一个切口进行结扎。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl (pH8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do notvortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
