MFN2抗原;线粒体融合素2重组蛋白多种属 该基因编码一种线粒体膜蛋白,参与线粒体融合,有助于线粒体网络的维护和运作。该蛋白参与调节血管平滑肌细胞增殖,可能在肥胖的病理生理学中发挥作用。该基因的突变会导致夏科-玛丽-图斯病2A2型和遗传性运动和感觉变VI,这两种疾病都是周围神经系统的疾病。该基因的缺陷也与早发性中风有关。已鉴定出编码相同蛋白质的两种转录变体。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
