X-射线修复交叉互补蛋白5(XRCC5)重组蛋白 Ku80是一种由XRCC5基因编码的蛋白质。Ku70和Ku80共同组成Ku异二聚体,它与DNA双链断裂末端结合,是DNA修复的非同源末端连接(NHEJ)途径所必需的。它也是V(D)J重组所必需的,V(D)J重组利用NHEJ途径促进哺乳动物免疫系统中的抗原多样性。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in ddH2O to a concentration of 0.1-0.2 mg/mL. Do not vortex
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
