CILP2抗原；软骨中间层蛋白2重组蛋白多种属软骨中间层蛋白（CILP）是一种细胞外基质蛋白，在软骨组织中表达丰富。CILP表达为两种亚型，CILP和CILP-2，它们在软骨细胞中差异表达，并由TGF∫1诱导。这种诱导是由Smad3通过与CILP启动子区域中的顺式元件直接相互作用介导的。TGF∫还诱导软骨细胞外无机焦磷酸盐（PPi）升高，从而促进焦磷酸钙二水合物晶体的沉积。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
