CSK抗原;C-Src酪氨酸激酶重组蛋白多种属 酪氨酸激酶Src基因家族的所有成员都以羧基末端结构域酪氨酸为特征,该酪氨酸在酶的非活性形式下高度磷酸化,在酶活性时磷酸化程度要低得多。在Src p60的情况下,Y527是这种酪氨酸;然而,其中Y527被苯丙氨酸取代的c-Src突变形式正在转化,与正常对应物相比,其激酶活性提高了5至10倍。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in ddH2O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
