非神经元性烯醇化酶(ENO1)重组蛋白 编码哺乳动物中发现的三种烯醇化酶同工酶之一;它编码α-烯醇化酶,一种同二聚体可溶性酶,也编码一种较短的单体结构透镜蛋白tau晶体蛋白。这两种蛋白质是由相同的信息组成的。全长蛋白,即同工酶,存在于细胞质中。较短的蛋白质是从另一个翻译开始产生的,定位在细胞核中,并被发现与c-myc启动子中的一个元件结合。已鉴定出位于同一染色体另一臂上的假基因。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl (pH8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do notvortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
