CASP7抗原;胱天蛋白酶7重组蛋白多种属 该基因编码一种蛋白质,该蛋白质是半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶(caspase)家族的成员。胱天蛋白酶的顺序激活在细胞凋亡的执行阶段起着核心作用。半胱天冬酶作为无活性的酶原存在,在保守的天冬氨酸残基上进行蛋白水解处理,产生两个大小亚基,二聚形成活性酶。这种胱天蛋白酶的前体被胱天蛋白酶3和10切割。它在细胞死亡刺激下被激活并诱导细胞凋亡。选择性剪接导致四种转录变体

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
