HAP1抗原;亨廷顿关联蛋白1重组蛋白多种属 亨廷顿氏病(HD)是一种以纹状体神经元丧失为特征的神经退行性疾病,是由HD蛋白亨廷顿蛋白中的多谷氨酰胺通道扩张引起的。该基因编码一种与亨廷顿蛋白、两种细胞骨架蛋白(dynactin和脑室周围自身抗原蛋白1)以及肝细胞生长因子调节的酪氨酸激酶底物相互作用的蛋白质。与细胞骨架蛋白和激酶底物的相互作用表明该蛋白在囊泡运输或细胞器运输中起作用。已经描述了该基因

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
