磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶2(PCK2)重组蛋白 PCK2是磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶(GTP)家族的成员。该蛋白质是一种线粒体酶,在GTP存在下催化草酰乙酸转化为磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸。由不同基因编码的细胞质形式也已被表征,是肝脏糖异生的关键酶。编码的蛋白质可能具有类似的功能,尽管它是组成型表达的,不受调节细胞质形式的胰高血糖素和胰岛素等激素的调节。或者,已经描述了剪接转录变体。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 100mM NaHCO3, 500mM NaCl (pH8.3) to a concentrationof0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8ºC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
